  1. Morning All...Very good question.

    Yes there were things that used to matter to me earlier that do not bother me now. I rather see the better of it now and wonder how silly my thought process was then. What has changed? Well...my self respect and my importance for myself has changed for better. I am what I am. After accepting this, things dont bother much :)

  2. There were things that used to upset me , make me feel stressed out,things that changed my life for ever, but over time I have learnt to let them go..
    These things that upset me have made me stronger much much more stronger than I would have been if they never really happened. I can handle them and some others too now, I can look at them and ignore them .

  3. Change is the essence of life . People change situations change and also their priorities change . I stopped getting bothered about things long time . Why stress ya just chill. .

  4. Its just the other way round for me. I have started getting stressed now and small small things upsets me at times. I know at times its completely my fault because of the way I think but it does happen. I hope this phase soon passes by.

  5. Deepa - as you said Change is the essence of Life - and I have understood one thing that the factors of stress change - you may not stress over the same old things - but there are new ones that blow you out.
    Call it stress - or call it challenges and face it out - either ways they are there.
